Steve & Bonnie Pfiester own and operate Longevity Fitness Club & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. Longevity is an ladies only all-inclusive fitness facility offering over 60 exercise classes a week including Kickboxing, Spinning, Zumba, Cardiography, Abs Classes, Butt Camp, Core Classes, Seniorcise, Pilates, Yoga, Step Aerobics, Aerobics and Cardio Dance. Longevity offers free childcare, the 30-minute workout, free weights, personal training, massage therapy, InBody body composition analysis, whirlpools, saunas and more.
Longevity is also known for Longevity Boot Camp, an intense 6-week military boot camp style training program including obstacle course, military drills and task related physical training. Longevity Boot Camp was create by Steve Pfiester, who is the male trainer for CMT’s new weight loss reality series, Bridal Bootcamp airing in the fall of 2008.
Bonnie is also a fitness columnist for her local paper and for national publications around the world and online. Writing articles is one way she expands her area of influence to reach the masses. Bonnie loves using her own struggles and experiences to help others. “I love sharing my life with people in hopes of connecting and encouraging others.”
Bonnie’s business partner and husband, Steve Pfiester, also touches people across the country through weight loss reality TV. In 2007, Steve was the male trainer for ABC’s summer weight loss reality show, Fat March, leading 12 obese contestants over 575 miles from Boston to Washington DC in a journey of a lifetime. Steve, who also has a degree in Physical Therapy, has a passion for helping people and helping people believe in fitness and believe in themselves. Weight loss reality TV has made it possible to reach more people than either ever imagined.
Together, Steve and Bonnie desire to educate, encourage and inspire others to live healthy, change lives one person at a time.
